Description
The Hayes is an Edwardian style guesthouse, built in 1902 and still retains many characters of this period. We are situated on the north west side of Nuneaton close to Hartshill Hayes country park in George Elliot country and we are within easy reach from motorways M6, M42 and A5 roads. We are also close to local amineities such as post office, bars and restrauants, all within walking distance of our guesthouse.
On arrival you will be made welcome with tea or coffee to settle yourselves in. We will also cater for you individual breakfast requirements, full English breakfast available on request. Two course evening meal can be ordered with prior notice in our lovely dining room. We also allow our guests the use of our comfortable lounge.
Our rooms are individually named on local historical themes, have remote T.V, tea & coffe msking facilities. We have single/ double and twin rooms.
Wireless WiFi internet connection available throughout the guesthouse and use of a computor with internet connection if requested.
Our establishment is fire certificated and welcome host acccedited.
Off road parking available.

Company Profile
The Hayesguesthouse has been run by Margo and Ray for seven years. The property was built originally as a quarry masters residence, which included the upper floor as servants quarters. Since purchasing the property it has been converted into a guesthouse whilst keeping as many original features as possible,to give a true Edwardian feel to our establishment.
